REGISTRATION

• Turkish Airlines is the official airline of ICER2025, special discounts are offered for all delegates. To proceed with the online booking tool, please visit turkishairlines.com and use the event code 028TKH25 under the Promotion code field at the payment page.

• Graduate students and early-career researchers in Türkiye can apply for financial support through the TÜBİTAK 2224-B Grant Program to attend ICER2025. For eligibility criteria, application guidelines, and deadlines, please visit the website.

Registration Fees

1. Above mentioned registration rates include %20 VAT.

2. Registration is mandatory for all participants.

3. Registrations are finalized only after payment. Registrations without completed payment will not be approved.

4. To benefit from the early registration discount, fees must be paid by the specified deadline.

5. The deadline for presenter authors ends with Early-Bird registration, for your abstract to be included in the Scientific Programme, registration must be completed by the Early-Bird registration deadline.

6. Registration fees include participation in the scientific meetings, delegation materials, participation certificates, and entrance to the exhibition area.

7. Airport shuttle on 9 November and 12 November.

Accommodation Fees

1. Accommodation fees include VAT.

2. 3-night accommodation in an all-inclusive hotel (all drinks and all meals from the buffet, coffee breaks, lunch breaks)

3. Accompanying person fee include icebreaker & excursion.
   

Payment Details

Credit Card

1. Visa and Mastercard payments must be 3D Secure authenticated, otherwise, payment requests may be declined. If your card isn’t 3D Secure enabled, please contact your bank to have this feature activated.

Bank Transfer

1. All fees are to be paid in Euro (€).

2. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, the participant’s name and surname must be written in the description area.

3. For payments made by bank transfer, the transfer cost must be covered by the participant. Otherwise, this cost needs to be paid at the registration desk.

4. After the payment, the receipt must be shared with the Organizing Secretariat via registration@icerturkiye.org, to receive a confirmation of the registration.

Terms and Conditions

General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the late-registration fees will be applied.

2. Late registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the on-site registration fees will be applied.

3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations may not be transferred at any time.

4. For those who do not stay at the hotel, the registration fee includes participation in scientific programs, lunch, refreshments between 09.00 and 18.00, wifi connection and Delegate Materials. If you would like to stay after 18.00, you will need to pay for another daily fee.

5. The accompanying person's fee only includes accommodation and social programs.

6. Child discounts are only valid with two parents.

   1st child is free at 0-12 ages

   2nd child is free at 0-2 ages

7. Registration for the ICER2025 is secured via payment of the appropriate registration fee.

8. In cases of overpayment or double-payment, refund requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to registration@icerturkiye.org. Refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the congress.

9. All participants can use the transportation between the hotel and Antalya Airport at certain times. (Transportation will be organized at fixed times and announced on the congress website. Personal requests may not be accommodated.)  

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the Organizing Secretariat (registration@icerturkiye.org) until 30 June 2025.

2. Cancellations after 30 June 2025 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

3. A change of attendance is possible until 30 June 2025.

4. Registration or participation changes after 30 June 2025 are not possible.

5. There is no reason (including illness etc.) for registration cancellation that makes the above-mentioned deadline for cancellations inapplicable. 

Insurance

The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property that may occur as a result of participation in the 2nd International Congress On Early-Intervention and Rehabilitation (ICER2025).
