ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

This is an excellent opportunity to share knowledge with the congress attendees. Below, you will find some important information that will guide you in preparing your paper. This information provides the necessary foundations to make your presentation more effective.
Essential Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Presentation Limits: Each presenting author is allowed to present up to two abstracts per registration.
Final Submission Policy: Once the submission deadline has passed, no further edits or replacements will be allowed. Please review your submission carefully before finalizing it.
Please Note: The Scientific Committee may change the presentation type during the evaluation process based on the content and program requirements.
Abstract Submission Rules
The deadline for submission is September 01, 2025. Submission made after this date will not be accepted.
Abstract will be accepted after the reviewer evaluation, and accepted abstract will be two formats at the congress as oral or as poster abstract.
Abstracts will be evaluated blinded (double-blind method) to the names of the authors and the institutions affiliated with the submission.
The decision on whether the submitted abstracts will be accepted or not will be made by the members of the Congress Organizing Committee after the reviewer evaluation, and the corresponding author will be notified by e-mail on October 1, 2025.
All accepted abstracts will be published in Gazi Journal of Health Sciences (index: EBSCO Central & Eastern European Academic Source).
The presentation language for the abstract can be Turkish or English. The presentation language must be selected during the submission. For abstracts to be presented in Turkish, abstracts must be prepared in Turkish and English, while abstracts to be presented in English can only be prepared in English.
The Turkish abstract should include the subheadings “Amaç”, “Yöntem”, “Bulgular” ve “Sonuç”; the English abstract should include the subheadings “Purpose”, “Methods”, “Results”, and “Conclusion”.
The abstract text should not exceed 300 words (excluding the abstract title) and should not include tables or images.
Keywords must consist of at least 3 and at most 5 words. Keywords must be selected from the MeSH (Medical Subject Headings, http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/MBrowser.html) list for the health sciences field. Turkish and English abstracts and keywords must be exactly the same.
In order for the accepted abstract to be presented at the congress, at least one of the abstract authors must have registered for the congress and paid the fee.
Abstracts must be compatible with the Congress Topics.
